About Zoe Life Creative Media

Zoe is an ancient Greek word, literally written out: zeta-omega-eta (or Zoë).

A general translation of this word into English might simply be "life." But the ancient equivalent meant something more than 'mere existence' — it imbued the concept of attaining a certain desired quality of life — what I like to call Zoe Life (or zLife)!

I've heard it said, "All you really need is one good idea." One good idea invented the paperclip. One good idea invented sticky notes. Good ideas created computers, cell phones, popular electronic devices, and the world wide web. What would our quality of life be without these important discoveries ... these creative ideas?

zLife reflects a philosophy (in doing business) as well as an approach to design in general. There are ways to simply exist and there are ways to thrive. I believe that every problem has a creative solution that can lead to a better quality of life.

Design is my business. And good design is 'the broker' between information and understanding. Any brochure is technically capable of 'delivering the facts' — but could a clearer, more professional presentation lead to an enhanced transfer of information (customer understanding), resulting in increased sales? Yes it could. And how would that affect your quality of life?

All we really need is one good idea. And I'm in the idea business.

Background: Founded by Debbie Pullman in 2002, the studio operates out of Tualatin, Oregon.

A native Oregonian, Debbie received her Graphic and Web Design education through Pacific Northwest College of Art and the University of Oregon and has over 20 years design experience.

Zoe Life Creative Media offers design and project consulting services to both local and non-local clients. Her most recent accomplishments include a number of book cover designs and the interior typesetting (600-page full color book) for a best-selling author out of Moscow, Russia.
